How will I learn this in 3 days?

This course is much more than a theoretical overview; it is geared towards applying your new skill then and there. Not only are the trainers demonstrating these skills from the beginning all the way to the end of the course, there are furthermore direct demonstrations, and group and individual exercises to help you put into practice what you have learnt.

Influencing others, that does not sound good

Some people might be uncomfortable with the word “influence”. Relax! Influencing and persuasion are not so much weapons as they are merely processes that can be used successfully or not. “After all, doesn’t all communication boil down to either requesting information that may in some way change us or dispensing message that we hope will change others?” (Robert Levine).
