Trainers Promise

• We promise to treat you with respect
• We will strive to create a learning environment that is physically and emotionally safe for all participants
• We promise to challenge your thinking and to make opportunities for change through providing honest feedback
• We promise to update our own skills on a continuous basis in order to provide you with the most up to date knowledge in the field today

Expectations from Participants

• Be respectful of other participants and their points of view and of the trainer
• Adhere to the adult learning principles laid out at the beginning of the course
• Be open to, as well as provide, open and honest feedback
• Come with an open mind

Ejection of Participants from the Training Course

NLP Training Scotland reserves the right to eject participants from the training room should any of the following happen:

• Sexist, racist, or any other form of derogatory remarks made during the course
• Being abusive towards other learners or the trainers
• Any form of unacceptable behaviour that disrupts the learning environment

Cancellation Policy

NLP Training Scotland reserves the right to cancel training course up to 10 days prior to the training course, should there be less than 5 participants on the course. In case of cancellation of a training course, which you have either paid a deposit on or paid in full, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
In all other cases, the deposit paid for the courses will be treated as non-refundable, except for cases of genuine illness preventing you from attending the course in question.

Additional Refund Policy

NLP Training Scotland operates an ethical and fair business that is fully committed to the satisfaction of its clients. Should you not be completely satisfied with the training course you are attending, you will be entitled to a full refund within the first 2 days of the training. After that time, you will receive a refund proportional to the time spent and the material received on and prior to the course.

Certification Standards

The certification standards for the participants vary with each training course. The specific standards will be detailed upon request, and at the beginning of each course. In general, the trainers will be looking for congruent behavioural integration of the skills and ideas taught, additionally to which the participant should be able to conduct change work in a respectful and ecological manner.
NLP Training Scotland reserves the right to withhold certification should the participant not achieve the minimum requirements of certification. Should this happen, then our trainers will privately discuss an action plan for improvement with the participant in order to get him to the certification level. We are fully committed to your success! In case of the participant not wanting to follow this route, he will be entitled to a refund of the certification fee.
